For our niche sector, Public Administration Reform, we are looking for senior Public Finance Management experts, with experience in leading large projects and working on EC funded projects, particularly in Eastern Europe and Former Soviet Union.
Required experience:
- More than 7 years in development
- More than 5 years in PAR reforms
- Experience as Team Leader on EC funded and other donor-funded projects
- Wide spectrum of expertise across PAR
- Interest in Long Term work
