Linpico is proud to be awarded the management of the € 4 171 000.00 EU funded project : Complementary Support – Nature Nourishes SBRC in Sierra Leone.
The overall objective of this Technical Assistance Contract is to ensure the successful implementation and oversight of the Budget Support component (EUR 65 million over a four-year period) of the EU-funded State Building and Resilience Contract (SBRC) which is under Nature Nourishes Programme.
The “Nature Nourishes” Programme is part of the European Union’s Global Gateway strategy, which aims to strengthen Sierra Leone’s resilience against both internal and external shocks, protect the environment, and enhance educational outcomes per the country’s National Development plan.
The main objectives of this programme include environmental protection, enhancing education, promoting sustainable agriculture, decentralisation, and public financial management (PFM) reforms.
The specific objectives of this Complementary EU Support contract awarded to Linpico are to strengthen the PFM system, to strengthen the Budget oversight, to assist for the implementation and monitoring of the Budget Support (ongoing SBRC under Nature Nourishes Programme).
