Linpico is proud to announce the award of a new project funded by the European Union: Education Sector Public Expenditure Review (PER) in Greenland. This assignment, commissioned under the FWC SEA 2023 Lot 6 framework, will support the Government of Greenland in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and equity of public education spending.
During implementation, Linpico will conduct a comprehensive assessment of public expenditure in Greenland’s education sector. This will include an analysis of budget allocations, financial efficiency, service delivery performance, and fiscal sustainability. Our team will engage key national and local stakeholders, carry out in-depth data analysis, and deliver actionable policy recommendations to help optimise education investments, enhance service delivery, and support long-term financial sustainability.
The findings will directly contribute to the EU-Greenland education partnership and inform strategic reforms aligned with the new Greenlandic Education Strategy 2024–2030.
