Linpico has just completed the Fiduciary Risk and Procurement Management Assessment for the Casablanca-Settat Region, a project funded by the AFD.
This assessment focused on existing local public financial management (PFM) dynamics, including the audit and procurement management rules and practices applicable to Moroccan local authorities, particularly in the Casablanca-Settat Region.
This assessment was based in particular on the assessment of the twelve specific PEFA indicators selected by the AFD to shed light on the four dimensions of fiduciary risk.
In the area of fiduciary risk, Linpico, a firm specializing in PEFA and PEFA light assessments for over 20 years, also recently conducted a public financial management (PFM) assessment of the Bogotá Capital District (BCD), also funded by the AFD (see article on our LinkedIn site).
