On 8th March we celebrated International Women’s Rights Day, but the conversation mustn’t stop there.
Women are disproportionately affected by crises — displaced, targeted by violence, and left behind by fragile economies — and yet they remain starkly underserved by the very development efforts designed to respond.
At Linpico, we strive to pursue not just gender sensitivity, but gender responsiveness — across our multidisciplinary work in public finance management, governance, education, trade & private sector development, and beyond. Whether we are formulating programmes, delivering technical assistance, or conducting evaluations, gender is not an add-on.
We are proud that 60% of Linpico France’s personnel and 75% of its directors are women. A gender-balanced team is meaningful, but it is not a substitute for structurally addressing inequality. Real change comes from the way projects are designed, not just who delivers them – and any commitments have to translate into practice.
