We are proud to share the award of a new EU-funded Technical Assistance to Papua New Guinea’s Department of National Planning and Monitoring (DNPM).
Through this assignment, implemented under the EU–PNG Multiannual Indicative Programme (MIP) 2021–2027, Linpico will support DNPM in strengthening its capacity to identify, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate EU development cooperation initiatives.
Our key objectives include:
✅ Building the skills of DNPM staff through tailored training, mentoring, and hands-on capacity building.
✅ Supporting the effective implementation of projects under the European Development Fund (EDF) and the MIP 2021–2027.
✅ Mainstreaming EU cross-cutting priorities such as gender equality, climate action, human rights, disability inclusion, and support to indigenous peoples.
Linpico is then looking forward to supporting PNG’s national development agenda and strengthening the long-standing partnership between the European Union and Papua New Guinea.
